On June 18, 2025, the Guangzhou Federation of Trade Unions, together with the “Dr. J” AI Ultrasound Breast Cancer Screening Robot, brought AI-powered breast cancer screening services to the GRG Banking Data Industrial Park, offering female employees a convenient and caring health experience right at their workplace.
This initiative is part of the “Three Deliveries” enterprise support program, focusing on women’s health needs and promoting an innovative “Union + Enterprise + Smart Healthcare” collaboration model. By integrating artificial intelligence into workplace health services, the program injects new technological momentum into employee wellness management.
AI-Powered, Painless, and Radiation-Free — Dr. J Protects Women’s Breast Health with Care
At the event, a multidisciplinary expert team from the Twelfth People’s Hospital of Guangzhou joined forces with the Dr. J AI Breast Cancer Screening Robot to provide professional screening services for over 400 female employees.
“Dr. J” represents a new generation of AI-driven breast ultrasound screening technology designed specifically for early breast cancer detection. Offering non-invasive, painless, and radiation-free examinations, the device uses a proprietary deep-learning visual large model to intelligently identify lesions, perform automated BI-RADS classification, and generate instant diagnostic reports with screening recommendations.
By minimizing human subjectivity and reducing the risk of missed or incorrect diagnoses, Dr. J ensures both accuracy and consistency. The system fully complies with the National Health Commission’s Breast Cancer Screening Guidelines, providing a standardized and efficient screening experience directly within the workplace — eliminating the need for hospital visits.
This not only eases anxiety around breast exams but also significantly increases screening accessibility and efficiency, helping enterprises build caring, employee-centered healthcare ecosystems.

Unlike traditional one-time health checks, Dr. J introduced the Breast Health Management Record System, creating personalized electronic health archives for each screened employee.
This enables long-term follow-up and continuous health monitoring, paving the way for comprehensive, life-cycle breast health management among workers.
