— Lixian AI Ultrasound–Based Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Robot Project

September 19, 2025 — The launch ceremony of the Lixian East–West Collaboration AI Ultrasound Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Robot Project was successfully held at the Lixian Maternal and Child Health Hospital.

The event was attended by local government representatives, healthcare administrators, the management team of Xiaoji (Shandong) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., as well as medical professionals and technical staff from the hospital.

At the ceremony, local officials emphasized that the introduction of AI-powered ultrasound screening technology represents a meaningful outcome of interregional collaboration and a key step in integrating artificial intelligence with maternal and child healthcare services. The deployment of the Xiaoji Doctor AI Ultrasound Breast Cancer Screening Robot is expected to significantly address challenges such as limited screening capacity and shortages of experienced ultrasound specialists, thereby improving access to high-quality breast disease screening services for women in the region.

It was noted that the local health authorities will take the project launch as an opportunity to further strengthen collaboration with Xiaoji Intelligent Technology, promote the effective application of the AI screening system, and ensure robust operational and service support to achieve measurable public health outcomes. At the same time, the company was encouraged to continue investing in technological innovation and product optimization to better safeguard women’s health.

During the event, the General Manager of Xiaoji (Shandong) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. introduced the Xiaoji Doctor AI Ultrasound Breast Cancer Screening Robot, describing it as a globally pioneering AI-powered ultrasound screening system. The device features automated lesion detection and localization, AI-assisted benign–malignant assessment, and automatic generation of screening reports. These capabilities significantly enhance screening accuracy and efficiency while reducing the workload of healthcare professionals. The company reaffirmed its commitment to providing comprehensive technical support and training to ensure effective implementation of the AI system in clinical screening programs.

Following the ceremony, Xiaoji’s technical team conducted in-depth technical exchanges, live demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions with hospital staff. Medical professionals actively participated in device operation and workflow training, laying a solid foundation for the upcoming screening initiatives.

This project marks the first implementation in Gansu Province of AI-based ultrasound breast cancer screening technology using the Xiaoji Doctor system. It represents a major milestone in advancing breast and cervical cancer screening toward a more intelligent, digital, and standardized model, providing strong support for early detection and diagnosis of breast diseases in the region.
